DARK LOVER
Black Dagger Brotherhood | Book One
Wrath – mated with Beth Randall

I have been wanting to dive into this world building fandom like crazy. And yes, I will admit I’m a little envious of readers who know everything about a series, and I must sit idle and look like a deer in headlights. Well, no more!
Welcome to Black Dagger Brotherhood! I have been in love with vampires since Anne Rice’s Interview with a Vampire. And yes, I must admit with Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt in the film version kindly drop me into a rabbit hole fill with more Vampires. So, what took me so long with read this series? When I heard the phrase “paranormal romance” I thought of Twilight. But after reading Fifty Shades of Grey, my romance must have a certain heat to it, if you know what I mean. This book whore was assuming a lot of shit about this series and it was all wrong.
In the story that started it all Dark Lover, our heroine Beth has been raised in a world of humans. This book is filled with hot substance. You have intense action, passionate sex, and devilish characters you want to keep for yourself. Ward has turned a gaggle of crazy, arrogant and ruthless immortals into heroes you want guarding your door.
Beth is the daughter of brotherhood member Darius. He knows she will be transitioning soon. She does not know she is a vampire. And Wrath has been tasked by Beth’s father Darius to guide her through the transition. Wrath is the last remaining purebred vampire who is caught between desire and duty.
The writing is detailed and imaginative. The perfect slow-burn romance with smoking-hot characters and an explosive beginning to an everlasting series to enjoy. I want more and more of this brotherhood.
