Lets get to the point: TAKE is an 8 hour embodiment of a slow burn WTF moment that keeps smoking with each chapter. Excuse my language, but I’m a sucker and a fan of a good mindf-k. It will rub you the wrong way and raise your eyebrow and doesn’t let up!

Adorned with the weight of human trafficking, noncensual sex and blood play to name a few, it wears those issues with a cloak of gratuitous sex and shocking menace.
Books is the place for imagination where reality and normal are bent, distorted and crushed. You won’t like everything you read, but you will be impressed with the author’s I can’t believe she actually wrote that. Be prepared to challenge your perceptions and hold your sh-t together. Its sickening at some points.

TAKE is an anagram for the h in the book Kate. From the opening page, you find her kidnapped in shackles hanging from rope. This is not the first time Kate has been kidnapped and this time its Tiago Badell from the previous book Devastate. It’s a story about taking a person’s greatest strength and turning it into a weakness – love. In the end the redeemable quotient is love. It’s certainly not Tiago Badell . And that’s what make this book a great read. You don’t have to like Tiago as a character. In the end its his actions of loyalty and love you will celebrate. Once again, it’s an absolute pleasure to dive into Pam Godwin’s labyrinth.
