It was sometimes painful reading her thoughts because her go to explanation for every road block they encounter as a couple….”he wants a super model and has me instead” Summer was her own worse enemy at times. Their meet cute was no “fall in lust first sight” and it bothered me more than I thought it would. I guess that’s my jam in reading romance.
BUT BAAAAAAABY, Let me tell you this: Ethan’s seduction of Summer was like a volcano eruption. I thought I was feeling his breath on my neck. I am sure the hair on my arm stood up. I am positive I was feeling his fingertips on my skin too. It was slow, deliberate and hot AF.
