Jake Weston and I met under a cloud of cliches: Boy meets girl. Boy charms girl. Boy screws girl.
He was the sexiest, cockiest man I’d ever encountered, but I had no idea he was a senior pilot when we met. No idea we worked for the same airline and had secrets just like me.
After a passionate night of unforgettable sex, I thought I’d never see him again, but when I did, neither of us could walk away…
We weren’t supposed to be together, we definitely weren’t supposed to fall in love, and yet our turbulent and forbidden love affair took on a life of its own.
We knew we could potentially crash and burn, but what we had was so intoxicating and inescapable that we were both willing to risk it all…
This is us.
This is our messed up love.
This is Turbulence.
Jake Weston, Captain at Elite Airways, has mastered the art of jetting from city to city, hotel to hotel, and banging a different woman every night. He doesn’t do girlfriends. However all that changes when he meets Gillian Taylor.
Immediately in Turbulence there is a sequence of events that revs the book up in a buzzy spectacular ” I’m reading a Whitey G. book” kind of way.
Gillian , a flight attendant for Elite Airways, working the Paris flight is obviously having man problems. And those problems seem to follow her when you realize its with the captain of the flight. It’s a sticky situation with a dicey moment of I hate you argument and orgasms in the plane’s lavatory. She had the misfortune of unknowningly having sex with Jake. A big no no in the company policy.
Jake Weston has fallen madly in lust with her. After one night with her, he finds himself totally occupied with thoughts of Gillian. Sex with other women are being cancelled suddenly. Their hot and torrid affair will almost destroy his career at Elite Airways and his already tainted reputation but he doesn’t care, because all he cares about is the next time with Gillian.
She has a slight case of neediness with relationships. She agrees to a pure sexual relationship and they bang each other all over God’s creation in different airports and hotels. However each time she tries to seduce him away from the bedroom into a normal relationship he kindly reminds her:
” This email is not about fucking”
“I’m trying to determine if this message is about fucking or not.”
As Gillian demands to be friends, Jake becomes more and more obnoxious and annoying . He doesn’t want to be friends or even talk. He just wants to fuck!
If you already consider yourself an enthusiates for this author’s writing, then Turbulence will be a mind blowing experience. Whether is a blog post, a text, or an email, its a reminder you have entered into Ms. G’s universe of cocky alphas who are too damn arrogant and emotional broken on the inside.
Even after all this epicness, there is really one reason why you should read this book: How Gillian met Jake! END OF. And for 99 cents, its the best time to find out how!
