Duke of Manhattan by Louise Bay
Release Date: May 16, 2017
Genre: Contemporary Romance
I was born into British aristocracy, but I’ve made my fortune in Manhattan. New York is now my kingdom.
Back in Britain my family are fighting over who’s the next Duke of Fairfax. The rules say it’s me–if I’m married. It’s not a trade-off worth making. I could never limit myself to just one woman.
Or so I thought until my world is turned upside down. Now, the only way I can save the empire I built is to inherit the title I’ve never wanted — so I need a wife.
To take my mind off business I need a night that’s all pleasure. I need to bury myself in a stranger.
The skim of Scarlett King’s hair over my body as she bends over . . .
The scrape of her nails across my chest as she screams my name . . .
The bite of her teeth on my shoulder just as we both reach the edge . . .
It all helps me forget.
I just didn’t bargain on finding my one night stand across the boardroom table the next day.
She might be my latest conquest but I have a feeling Scarlett King might just conquer me.
A sexy, standalone romance.

THE DEAL OF A LIFETIME
This fake marriage romance blends humor and panty- melting sexiness into one hell of a business arrangement. There are several things that are guaranteed to grab my interest when I am searching for a new romance: location and the character’s profession. Establishing a romance based in New York City, the center of the financial world and London with all things British, you will mos. def have my attention.
This may be the reason my eyes lit up when I saw the eye-catching book cover and title. A new book from Louise Bay means you are guaranteed to get laugh out loud humorous banter and delicious dirty talking sex. The Duke of Manhattan delivers all the above with another 5-star read.
Ryder Westbury and Scarlett King are a match made in Manhattan. He’s a British transplant living in NYC while his family and legacy remains in London. I love how he is devoted to his grandfather the Duke of Fairfax and his sister Darcey. He is both alpha male in business by day and king of the bedroom by night.
Scarlett King is newly divorce and deeply hurt from her marriage. She is not looking for love. Instead she has become a serial dater without the benefits. She devotes her passion and time to managing a company she co-owns with her friend call Cecily Fragrance. Together they have managed to build a successful business which has pique the interest of Ryder’s company for a potential buyout.
When her sister Violet issues a dare, she picks up a gorgeous guy at a local bar. They spend one amazing red hot night together. This is pure Louise Bay style and I love it. It’s hot, intense and completely mind blowing for our hero Ryder. The next day, Scarlett and Ryder meet again in her conference room.
Now, Ryder wants her to do something completely crazy to help save her company. He needs a fake marriage or he will lose his family’s estate and his company. Suddenly, the one thing he has never wanted becomes the one thing he needs. Each chapter is devoted to each character’s POV. It has the perfect mix of dialogue and description which makes it a quick read. While the story is predictable with Bay’s formula of writing style it remains, exciting and stimulating. You will love this spicy, hilarious and heartwarming love story. Satisfy your romance hunger with this hot new release!!
Reader Tip: Scarlett King is the sister of Max King in King of Wall Street. Does this mean we may get a story about Violet too? *crossing fingers*
