In this irresistible Stark International Novel, J. Kenner ups the ante on Dirtiest Secret and Hottest Mess, proving once again with the S.I.N. series that she “may very well have cornered the market on sinfully attractive, dominant antiheroes and the women who swoon for them” (RT Book Reviews).
All eyes are on us . . . and there’s nowhere to run.
Everyone has their own ideas about Dallas Sykes: He’s a reckless billionaire, a devilish playboy, a man who gets whatever he wants the minute he wants it. But I know the real Dallas behind the money, bravado, and power—and he’s completely, blissfully mine.
We carefully guarded our secrets, and in each other’s arms we sought refuge from our dark past. Our pain became our pleasure, our control within the chaos. But we could only hide from the truth for so long.
Now we’ve let loose our inhibitions and are ready to face the future. And no matter what people think or say, coming clean is its own sweet reward.
Sweetest Taboo is intended for mature audiences.

The secret is out of the bag. And by now, as a reader you know the taboo subject is a “stepbrother” romance. This series is so much more than a taboo romance between step siblings. To fully understand the dynamics, I have created a family tree of sorts:
Dallas Sykes – Eli’s nephew adopted as his son
Jane – Lisa and Collin’s daughter until his parental rights were severed
Collin West – Jane’s biological father, Lisa’s 1st husband
Lisa – Jane’s mother currently married to Eli, 2nd husband
Eli – Lisa’s 2nd husband adopted Jane after marriage to Lisa and adopted Dallas, his brother’s child.
By law, the adoption of Dallas and Lisa makes them legally brother and sister. There you have it ~ the beginnings of the dirtiest secret.
The mystery of the kidnapping deepens in the final installment of Dallas and Jane’s story. While Dallas is busy trying to connect the dots, Jane continues to be harassed by a stalker who is determine to keep her away from Dallas. Since the scandal broke of their secretive taboo relationship, both of them are thrown in a social media frenzy while dodging the real secrets from their kidnapping past becoming exposed.
The woman who tortured Dallas and Jane in captivity is back. Dallas created Deliverance to find the culprits behind their secret kidnapping while dealing with the scandal of falling in love with his “sister” Jane. While Dallas and Jane refers to Lisa and Eli as mom and dad, it does become a little awkward to wish for a happy ending with these two. The only thing to keep you from feeling guilty over the taboo subject is the idea they are not related by blood. If you are okay with that scenario you will not have any problems championing their happy ever after.
With a J Kenner book, you know you will get tortured characters, scorching sex and the dirtiest talk imaginable. Dallas is known as the KING OF F8ck after all. So when you have sex scenes off the charts in almost every chapter, you will not be disappointed. I only have one issue with the final installment. The actions of the villain took place twice. (no spoiler zone) The first time okay, the second time not so much. It was a little farfetched for me to get on board with the events taking place twice. However, it does not take me out of reading through the suspense elements.
Surprisingly, we get another visit from Damien and Nikki. So, I will repeat my mantra: there is no such thing as too much Damien and Nikki.
From the New York Times bestselling author of such “racy, sizzling Stark novels” (RT Book Reviews) as Release Me and Say My Name comes the provocative first Stark International Novel—the beginning of the S.I.N. series.
It was wrong for us to be together, but it was even harder to be apart.
The memory of Dallas Sykes burns inside of me.
Everyone knows him as a notorious playboy, a man for whom women and money are no object. But to me, he’s still the one man I desperately crave—yet the one I can never have.
Dallas knows me better than anyone else. We bear the same scars, the same darkness in our past. I thought I could move on by staying away, but now that we’re drawn together once more, I can’t fight the force of our attraction or the temptation to make him mine.
We’ve tried to maintain control, not letting ourselves give in to desire. And for so long we’ve told ourselves no—but now it’s finally time to say yes.
Dirtiest Secret is intended for mature audiences.

The S.I.N. series continues with the seductive follow-up to the Stark International Novel Dirtiest Secret, from the New York Times bestselling author of “red-hot and angsty” fiction that “keeps readers guessing” (Publishers Weekly, on Under My Skin).
No one can know about our love—and hiding only makes it hotter.
Dallas Sykes has a reputation. He is known for his parties, his money, and the countless women on his arm. Yet the Dallas I know is a different man—darker, smarter, and unbearably sexy. Just one look from him can leave me breathless; the anticipation of his touch can make me lose control.
Inextricably bound by our past, we keep each other’s secrets. And while there are people who have the power to hurt us, it’s the truth that threatens us most of all.
Dallas can be mine only behind closed doors, our passion as searing as it is forbidden. Yet nothing in this world has ever felt so desperately, deliciously right.
Hottest Mess is intended for mature audiences.
